In 1992 the dream of a real estate company started.
My first office was in Kaulsdorf at Chemnitzer Strasse 173 in Berlin. It was an office building in a central location and therefore easy to reach for all customers from Kaulsdorf, Mahlsdorf and Biesdorf as well as Köpenick. This was from the first day my entry area. Construction and expansion
The time passed quickly, the company grew and it became more and more beautiful. Our team had meanwhile grown to 11 members. I began to open 2 more branches over the years and our area of entry grew to the entire Berlin area as well as Brandenburg. We have worked for customers from all over Berlin to Brandenburg up to today and have aligned our network well. An efficient network, which is still intact today, was created.
After a change of name to Bachmann Immobilien GmbH, I soon separated from the company and soon began to think about my work under the name of Yvonne Bachmann Immobilien and returned to our roots in Chemnitzer Straße, at least as far as our location was concerned. To this day we are still working there in house number 198-200.

A special highlight was in 2011, when my son Enrico Bachmann joined the company and was responsible for the customer as a real estate broker. He has a very good professional background and is also responsible for the marketing of real estate and support for foreign customers.
